Go to Settings > Storage to see WeTalkin's total storage consumption. The breakdown shows how much space messages, photos, videos, and other files use. Identify which conversations consume the most storage.
In Storage settings, tap individual conversations to see their media usage. Clear photos, videos, or files from specific conversations to free space. Messages remain intact — only downloaded media is affected.
Go to Settings > Storage > Auto-Download. Configure which media types download automatically: photos, videos, files. Limit auto-download to Wi-Fi only for large files. Manual download reduces storage consumption.
For conversations involving many photos and videos, enable disappearing messages. Media auto-deletes after the timer, preventing storage buildup over time. This is especially useful in active group chats with frequent media sharing.
